Training Course Development

 82+ comprehensive online courses developed—and counting.


Over the past three years, I have developed learning solutions supporting IT initiatives, enterprise software implementations, compliance requirements, onboarding, and organizational change. This includes 24 courses supporting enterprise software implementations, including 13 courses focused on customized ServiceNow® modules and workflows adapted to the unique needs of Montana state government.

Technical Learning Experience

I develop learning solutions that help people understand and adopt new technologies, software, and business systems.


Experienced administering and deploying learning across multiple learning management systems and developing content with a wide range of course-authoring and interactive learning tools.
